Krishnan Kumar

As the founder and CEO of Invenics, Krishnan heads the organisation and looks after all aspects of the company’s overall strategy, service lines and product development. Since founding the company in 2018, he has overseen a period of strong growth and played an instrumental role in developing the business, mentoring future leaders, international expansion and launching the employee ownership programme.

Krishnan started his career as a software developer working with companies like Citigroup, Novell and i2 Technologies which helped him establish a strong technology and product development foundation. Immediately before founding Invenics, he was a Director at Deloitte, UK where he spent nearly 13 years developing Innovation Incentives services for companies of all sizes including FTSE100, large multinationals and technology startups. He is one of the most experienced Innovation Lifecycle advisors in the UK having led the identification of over £5 Billion of qualifying R&D. Krishnan has a strong academic record and holds an Integrated Master’s degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
