Suresh heads Technology Consulting & Digital Delivery as a Partner with a career spanning over 24 years in Business -led Technology advisory and delivery. He has held prominent leadership roles for large scale, global and strategic technology programmes covering IT strategy, digital and cloud, Robotic Process Automation, R&D Tax Credits, IT outsourcing, vendor selection and disruptive technology adoption.
Suresh also holds an extensive experience in delivering complex enterprise, data & digital solutions for across industries including Fintech, Consumer, Utility & Manufacturing sectors. Suresh has held several Chief Architect roles for business-critical projects in the past.
Krishnan has extensive technology experience, both as a software developer and as an advisor to some of the largest companies in the world over the course of his 23 year career. Krishnan’s early career included software development roles with Citigroup (Banking systems), Novell (networking software in the areas of user identity and access management technologies) and i2 Technologies (Supply Chain systems). As an advisor he has worked with 4 of the largest telecom companies in the UK, 3 of the leading technology companies in the world and several FTSE and mid-sized businesses in the TMT sector in areas around innovation lifecycle services including R&D tax credits and grants. He also retains a strong interest in developing SaaS products and applications utilising the latest technology frameworks and AI concepts. Krishnan has a strong academic record and holds an Integrated Master’s degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
Rajan is an accomplished leader having worked in the industry for over 30 years in senior roles, primarily in the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
Having held senior positions with large multinational and listed companies like ONGC, Cairn Energy, British Gas and ROC Oil, Rajan has substantial experience of building organisations whilst engaging with partners, suppliers, regulatory bodies and government departments. He has been responsible for looking after technical strategy, operations, engineering, IT solutions, finance and HR in complex projects worth several hundred million $. As a Petroleum Engineer by qualification, Rajan is one the leading experts in reservoir engineering having presented whitepapers at various international conferences.
Suresh has proven track record of providing business-led technology advisory, design and delivery services for large scale, complex and global programmes for major financial and market data firms across global and UK market. His specialist skills include advising customers on Digital Adoption, M&A Technology Due Diligence, Redress and Remediation Programmes (Mortgages & Loans), Regulatory Information Management (MiFiD,IFRS9, BCBS239, IRB), ERP and Fintech Data Platforms & Solutions. Working closely with CXOs, Programme directors, Business Owners and third parties, Suresh have guided multi-cultural teams towards the successful delivery of business-critical projects. During his tenure spanning 24+ years, Suresh have accumulated wealth of market knowledge and have the technical know-how on helping organisations for smart adoption of the people, process and technology across the value chain for Growth & Expansion, Cost Reduction, Product creation and Customer Management initiatives.
Arnab is a Digital & AI Director at Invenics with an impressive portfolio of clients and career that spans over 15 years in the field of technology across top multi-national corporates such as Wipro & Deloitte. He holds a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Sheffield (UK) and has in-depth of experience in software development and Innovation Incentive services across multiple industries such as Banking, Insurance, Technology and Gaming. Arnab leads the overall Digital & AI initiatives at Invenics including Product development and application development across leading technologies

As an advisor he has worked with several FTSE and mid-sized businesses in the Manufacturing sector covering automotive, electrical components, transportation equipment and heavy machinery. His work in the innovation lifecycle services including R&D tax credits and grants has enabled a number of manufactures to secure substantial cash benefits. Krishnan also retains a strong interest in developing SaaS products and applications utilising the latest technology frameworks and AI concepts. Krishnan has a strong academic record and holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
Souvik heads Innovation Incentives & Product operations in the UK. He is a versatile professional with a successful track record of over 10 years in the TMT industry, especially in Innovation Incentives space and over 12 years overall in UK technology landscape. Souvik is an ex-Disruptive Technologies lead with 9 years of experience at Deloitte UK and has worked closely with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and technical leads of several major players in the TMT industry.
Souvik has led over 200 client engagements ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 which includes some of the very big names in the TMT industry, while successfully generating and securing over £1 Billion qualifying R&D expenditure. Souvik’s experience also includes managing the delivery of emerging AI and Digital solutions, product development and client strategy, specifically focusing on end-to-end lifecycle planning, commercials, launches and operations in the TMT market.
Martin has over 10 years of experience working mainly in Innovation Incentives which includes R&D Tax incentives and grant funding for organisations who want to grow in their sector. Martin has a great track record working with diverse organisations from large multinationals to SME’s across multiple industries including TMT and continues to establish and maintain strong relationships and trust amongst our client portfolio. Martin also works closely across other service lines within Invenics to provide a holistic 360 degree service to our clients. Among Martin’s clients are some of the leading providers of technology solutions in the Internet of Things sector as well as companies engaged in the development of highly secure technologies for usage in defence applications.
Aniket is a Director in SAP Digital and has extensive experience in enterprise data management, data integration and architecture especially in ERP space. His experience covers several years delivering ERP solutions to large manufacturing and consumer goods clients. Some experiences worth noting are implementation of SAP based ERP system and integration with non-SAP POS and production planning systems for a UK national kitchen manufacturer and delivery of SAP based master data management system for a global consumer goods company.
Arnab is seasoned technologist with over 15 years of experience a strong technology background in multiple sectors, having served as a technical co-founder for a start-up focused on data-driven risk solutions for banking products, including Credit Risk (PD, LGD, EAD) solutions, Core Systems integration, modern data architectures, cloud transformation and mainframe modernisation.. He has worked closely with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, Actuaries and Customer Services Heads to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the business. Arnab is leading the development of new Oil & Gas products such as End of Well (EOW) automation and ESG reporting. His expertise in enterprise software development and technology consulting make him well-suited to help drive innovation and growth in the Oil & Gas industry.
Preeti leads the Automation service line at Invenics and oversees all aspects of the delivery process- from design, development to deployment. She helps create digital transformation roadmaps for customers. She is actively involved in developing and building our offshore development / technical sales teams is actively engaged with our various automation partners. She has a strong understanding of automation techniques applied in various areas of Oil & Gas operations and has developed prototype solutions for both technical and non technical applications within the sector. Preeti is also an ESG champion within Invenics and is responsible for creating, managing and volunteering across a portfolio of wellness, mentorship, diversity and charitable initiatives across Invenics.
Aniket is a Director in SAP Digital and has an extensive experience in enterprise data management, data integration and architecture. He has worked for multiple top-tier UK consulting companies including Big 4 through which he has experience delivering architecture, data and technical delivery services for a number of top Financial Services and Fintech clients. Notable deliveries include leading a portfolio of projects across data platform delivery at a top 3 global fintech customer, delivery of risk management systems at a top investment banking corporation.
Steve is a seasoned Business Development Senior Manager with more than 18 successful years working in sport in various commercial and sponsorship positions for a Premier League football club. Steve moved into the finance sector with a successful track record and a wealth of skill within in the Research and Development (R&D) sector where he has successfully worked on claims from SMEs to those listed on the FTSE 250. His clients include manufactures of variety of equipment and companies engaged in production looking at optimising their systems. He has also worked with several businesses in the chemicals and transportation related sectors as a trusted advisor.

As the founder and CEO of Invenics, Krishnan heads the organisation and looks after all aspects of the company’s overall strategy, service lines and product development. Since founding the company in 2018, he has overseen a period of strong growth and played an instrumental role in developing the business, mentoring future leaders, international expansion and launching the employee ownership programme.

He has a strong experience evaluating master data management (MDM) tools and implementing MDM solutions. Aniket’s experience also includes strong experience integrating analytics and data warehousing solutions with operational platforms.
Lingesh is a Senior Manager in Invenics and has vast experience in Digital domain delivering on premise and cloud-agnostics data platform and solutions in Fintech and Automobile industries. He has 17+years of technology expertise in all aspects of managing DATA as an asset including integration, migration, analytics, data quality and data management.
He has delivered large scale enterprise and financial transformation projects for multinationals across Europe and Southeast Asia. His recent projects include helping organizations to design and develop AI-led innovative data platform and solutions.
Praveen is a senior manager at Invenics and had 16+ years of experience with a strong background in architecture, services and consulting. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing effective IT solutions for various industries, with a focus on aligning technology with business goals. Praveen has advised global organisations on various Technology topics and outlined strategic roadmap and target states for areas such as IT governance, Data & Analytics, AI, Data Integration, and Cloud Computing.

Prior to Invenics, Suresh assisted a UK technology consulting and delivery firm to grow and exit the market with multiplied value. Including his tenure in Deloitte, Suresh has established into a credible Technology Leader with more than 22 years of experience in leading and successfully delivering large scale, complex, global and multi-million-pound technology programmes for Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Utility and Manufacturing organisations. Suresh holds Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

Preeti champions our ESG activities and has coordinated and presented both internally and external forums across Well-being, Equality, Inclusive, Diversity and Technology for Good initiatives. One of her notable achievements include representing Invenics in ‘Women in Tech, UK’ 2021 (shortlisted for final). She has personally undertaken several fund raising events, organised bake sales, volunteered in the community library and soup kitchen programmes and is a lifetime supporter of the UNICEF fund for the girl child.
Indu is Manager in Digital SAP and has experience with a wide-ranging technology projects across Cloud and Digital technologies encompassing SAP Process Integration, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP ERP, SAP Data Intelligence. Indu is an SAP Integration & Data management professional with 15 years of implementation and consulting experience in SAP solutions globally. She has successfully advised and delivered enterprise scale ETL and ERP solutions. As a data management expert, she has helped clients with data analysis, data onboarding, data migration, data transformation in delivering effective and intelligent data-driven solutions.
Martin has over 10 years of experience working mainly in innovation incentives which includes R&D Tax incentives and grant funding for organisations who want to grow in their sector. Martin has a great track record working with diverse organisations from large multinationals to SME’s across multiple industries and continues to establish and maintain strong relationships and trust amongst our client portfolio.

Carrie is a Tax & Finance Senior Manager in the UK specialising in Innovation Incentives with an excellent track record in delivering over 300 R&D Tax Credits claims in the UK. Carrie is an ex-Deloitte professional who was responsible for the end to end delivery of the R&D claims and managing the client relationship together with providing sales support. She has spent almost 10 years working with a range of clients from small start-ups to some of the largest companies. Carrie has a background in Life Science, where she completed her PhD in Pharmacology from UCL and held a postdoctoral research position for over 3 years at UCL, including working as a scientist at a pharmaceutical company for new drug discovery.
Rajiv has over 21+ years of Business innovation and development experience targeted towards consulting advances and digital transformation within Microsoft, SAP, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and other emerging and immersive technologies within public and commercial sector.
One of Rajiv’s key focus is on Traditional/Low code No Code Application Development, Data and Data Analytics. Rajiv has strong academic record and holds master’s degree in business and various certifications within tech industry.
Praveen is a Senior Manager at Invenics and has 16+ years of comprehensive design and architecture experience with driving large digital transformation projects. He has worked extensively in scaled organizations with experience covering in Digital, AI and Data platform projects.
His special focus areas include designing and developing Machine Learning, NLP and Blockchain capabilities enabled products and solutions.
