<p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join our Innovation Incentives team specialising in R&#038;D Tax Credits in London, UK. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of R&#038;D tax consultants / analysts and assisting our clients in identifying and maximising their R&#038;D tax credits. You will work closely with our clients&#8217; finance and engineering<br />

<h2 class="headerClass">Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of R&#038;D tax consultants and oversee a range of R&#038;D tax credit projects</li>
<li>Work closely with clients&#8217; finance and engineering teams to identify and analyse qualifying R&#038;D activities and expenses</li>
<li>Prepare R&#038;D tax credit claims and documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Review and analyse financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns, to identify potential R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and answer any questions they may have</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Continuously stay up to date with changes in tax law and regulations related to R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Provide support for other Innovation Incentives related projects as needed from a finance and management point of view</li>
<li>Depending on interest, participate in the pre-sales activities including client proposals and bids.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="headerClass">Required Experience and Skills (5+ years)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in R&#038;D tax, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and maximising R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of consultants</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Knowledge of tax law and regulations related to R&#038;D tax credits in the UK is essential</li>
<li>Willingness to learn other overseas tax credits such as Canadian SR&#038;ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) is a plus</li>

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Innovation Incentives team in Gurugram, India. As a technical writer you are responsible for authoring high quality technical documentation of innovative projects undertaken by our clients and internal R&#038;D teams. You will work with our team to create comprehensive and clear technology focused documentation for multiple<br />
internal and client stakeholders.</p>
<p>This role requires the candidates to have a high level understanding and familiarity with software development methodologies and programming languages. Basic principles of enterprise software development technologies (such as Java/C/C++/Python, databases, middleware, front-end technologies, COTS products), engineering principles, SDLC, modern design patterns and technologies such as Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, DevOps, etc. is a plus.</p>

<li>Documenting and reviewing technical summaries describing the innovations and technical challenges within projects as described by clients</li>

<h3 class="headerClass">Required Experience and Skills (4-5 years)</h3>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in any science or technology field, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or relevant discipline. Non-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) candidates with 3-4+ years of experience in software development can also apply. For this position, you must have:</p>

They should be able to create and design visuals that accurately reflect the company’s brand identity and message. <p>You will be working closely with the Branding Lead and a team of key service line stakeholders to create visuals for corporate branding, including logos, social media flyers, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and other materials. Some of the key responsibilities include:
