<p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join our Innovation Incentives team specialising in R&#038;D Tax Credits in London, UK. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of R&#038;D tax consultants / analysts and assisting our clients in identifying and maximising their R&#038;D tax credits. You will work closely with our clients&#8217; finance and engineering<br />
teams to identify qualifying R&#038;D activities and expenses, and prepare and file R&#038;D tax credit claims.</p>

<h2 class="headerClass">Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of R&#038;D tax consultants and oversee a range of R&#038;D tax credit projects</li>
<li>Work closely with clients&#8217; finance and engineering teams to identify and analyse qualifying R&#038;D activities and expenses</li>
<li>Prepare R&#038;D tax credit claims and documentation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Review and analyse financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns, to identify potential R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and answer any questions they may have</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Continuously stay up to date with changes in tax law and regulations related to R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Provide support for other Innovation Incentives related projects as needed from a finance and management point of view</li>
<li>Depending on interest, participate in the pre-sales activities including client proposals and bids.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="headerClass">Required Experience and Skills (5+ years)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in R&#038;D tax, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and maximising R&#038;D tax credits</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of consultants</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Knowledge of tax law and regulations related to R&#038;D tax credits in the UK is essential</li>
<li>Willingness to learn other overseas tax credits such as Canadian SR&#038;ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) is a plus</li>

<p>The Technology Intern is an exciting role for undergraduate university students that will help them gain exposure to the world of technology in an innovation focused company and play a role in shaping their future career. The individual will work within a team delivering the company’s products and customer propositions in the field of digital technologies including software development, data science and artificial intelligence. The position will involve working closely with Delivery Manager, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, and related teams.</p>

<h2 class="headerClass">The primary responsibilities will include:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Writing specifications and designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting applications using programming languages, coding techniques and development tools.</li>
<li>Engaging with the company’s customers to capture technical requirements and prepare initial technical solutions to solve their problems, under the guidance of the Technical Lead or Mentor.</li>
<li>Work on tasks assigned by the leads/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the various service lines, namely Consulting, Product Development and Innovation Incentives.</li>
<li>Research into emerging digital technologies and how they can be applied to build innovative data solutions to resolve complex business challenges</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="headerClass">Required Experience and Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong academic record including current enrolment in an Undergraduate STEM degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent field). Candidates should be available to take up the internship as a placement year immediately before their final year of degree.</li>
<li>Good grades in Science and Mathematics at GCSE and A Levels</li>
<li>A good level of technical knowledge with an in-depth understanding of at least one programming language is important. Preferred language is Python, although experience with other languages will also be considered.</li>
<li>Understanding of Databases, Computer Architecture, System Design, Cloud Technologies etc. is an add-on</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Software Development Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc.</li>
<li>Good numerical and reasoning skills.</li>
</ul>

Data Engineer           

   
<h2 class="headerClass">About the Role</h2>
<p>SAP Data Engineer will use a combination of SAP Data Intelligence, SAP BODS, and SAP HANA, along with a range of open-source technologies such as Python, Spark. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, enterprise architects and application teams to develop data preparation and ingestion pipelines into enterprise data model and will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise data solutions.</p>
<h2 class="headerClass">Experience: (3 to 10 years)</h2>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on coding experience in Python, including packages such as Pandas, NumPy.</li>
<li>Experience in writing complex SQL queries using joins, aggregates, set operators, window functions etc.</li>
<li>Experience in analyzing data on large (terabytes) and complex (unstructured) datasets.</li>
<li>Development of data ingestion pipelines and robust ETL frameworks. Implementation of data cleansing and data quality features in ETL pipelines.</li>
<li>Hands on experience parsing responses generated by API&#8217;s (REST/XML/JSON)</li>
<li>Experience in using CI/CD techniques, DevOps/Git repository code promotion and release/change management</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="headerClass">Nice to have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience in any of the ETL/Middleware tools such as IBM DataStage, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI</li>
<li>Developer/Architect certification(s).</li>
