Invenics has recently been working and conceptualising several Business Process Automation (BPA) services and projects – that aim to make complex business processes and decisions automated and tech-enabled. As the tech world is evolving rapidly, the need for BPA processes is fast growing across various sectors and organisations. Of the many things that Invenics is focussed under BPA, Automated Project Compliance and Management remains one critical aspect.
The primary challenge faced and studied across several industries and corporates include the common pain-point of recording and managing work orders manually. Studies indicate that most organisation struggle with the problem of high frequency unstructured data, mostly in forms of PDFs. It was also observed that the number of data points to capture accurately are also mostly amiss, added with the risk of late or missed reporting in some instances. Since most processes are manually operated, the overall project management process thus turns poor.
With the idea of mitigating challenges within Automated Project Compliance and Management, Invenics had undertaken an internal project to better manage a multinational Professional Services firm.
As these problems were identified universally and at large scale, we created a solution to reduce the risk of manual errors and improve process speed. We effectively mapping several stages of business processes manually, developing and integrating low-code tools and custom technology, and providing automated alerts and notifications.
Our solution aims to keep fully automated record keeping within digital dashboard and replace all manual work. The solution not only reduces the chances of manual errors, but also replaces the standard 60-90 minute of manual work with background automation task and offers an overall savings of c. 500 minutes per month. Added to it, it also offers real time status reporting and tracking and is capable of 0% errors and 100% compliances.
